This is a Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) hand, and in PLO you must use exactly 2 cards from your hand and exactly 3 cards from the board to make your best 5-card hand.

Winner: Hand B

Hand B wins by making a jack-high straight flush, which beats the board’s ten-high straight flush. Hand A can only play the board.
